ACWiFi confirms that the Tenda AX12 Pro v3 is the model marketed as Taishan AX3000 Ultra. The reason to inspect it is not a newer Wi-Fi generation but its RF design: both 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz use separate external FEM chips.
The sample is labeled AX12 Pro v3. Separate FEMs can help explain transmit/receive design and board layout, but they do not automatically guarantee higher real-world throughput; firmware, antennas, channel width, and clients still matter.
This is useful when comparing OEM or rebranded products: different names may hide shared hardware, but identical hardware should not be assumed without checking the revision.
